At Perfect Pollo, it is of utmost importance that each and every one of our guests is happy with their food and our service. We try our hardest to prepare each order correct, and with quality and care.
We do regretfully make mistakes sometimes, as all humans do, but we want to be sure we correct the mistake promptly.
If something is wrong with your order we kindly ask that you notify us right away. We will ask you to return the order to the location with a receipt and we will be happy to either:
- Accept the food back and issue a full refund in the form of the original payment.
- Replace the order, and offer a complementary dessert.
We understand that it may be a hassle to return to the establishment to correct your order, but we do require proof on our end that we made a mistake.
